It was called the 'Perfect Storm'. Several different atmospheric pressures of highs and lows pulling into one another. Sandy started in the Gulf of Mexico. Crossed Florida and ran up the eastern sea board.

Through that week just prior to Hurricane Sandy many anomalies showed up on various Doppler radar systems, and satellite images showed 'chemtrail' aerosol spraying had intensified. A lot of experts agree that 'cloud seeding' used since the Vietnam Wat and dramatically improved, can and does and is on going, to modifying weather patterns. And eventually it was reported DHS had admitted to using modification techniques. Even Obama ordered DHS to basically control the Hurricanes.
