There's absolutely NO STOPPING the radiation contamination leaks and spills occurring daily. What is not spoken of here in the video is that the wasted spent fuel rods were stored inside a cooling pond in each building, that also lost the ability to pump water and circulate it keeping the spent fuel rods cooled down and from over heating. Their over heating and melt down is and was a contributing factor to the excessive and continued radiation fallout occurring.
And now only robots can access the inner buildings because radiation levels are so extremely high. Unless the radioactive material is removed from with in the buildings sealing them with a cement cap will only be a waste of money and effort.
Please understand that a river flows under the grounds of the facility. And with the fuel melt down through the contanment building and into the ground and river flow, the continued contamination of the water into he oceans will continue to kill off the sea life in the Pacific Oceans and eventually all oceans. It has not been safe to eat pacific tuna, fish, crabs, shrimp, seaweed, etc, etc. None of it between Mexico, Hawaii, Guam, Japan Alaska Canada and Washington. Note that Japan is now once again shipping RICE grown on contaminated farmlands within 100 miles of Fukushima, world wide. I seriously doubt its fit today either forever.
