The pacific oceans currents have several layers to them. Much like our atmosphere has layers. So much of the radioactive pollution is traped within those layers and building a huge zone. The really heavy stuff that was contaminated eventually has sunk. And I don't mean the garbage that went out with the tsunami that's miles long and wide which still resides on the surfaces of the ocean.
The fuel pools are fine. NOT !!!
